What I’ve found (especially with the G2M strategy) is that it’s often omitted from management’s scope and that it’s usually done in a non-optimal way.
The reason for this is:
A good G2M strategy enterally depends on your understanding of the market and users.
So if these two are executed superficially (or not at all) = there is no basis for an informed G2M.
By understanding your market and users in a deep way, you would be able to connect your unique value proposition with your target audience.
